Happy Birthday Winnie the Pooh Jan. 18th

Happy Birthday to an iconic childhood friend!Winnie the Pooh Bear turned 85 this past Saturday and to celebrate, we are sharing a fun Winnie the Pooh inspired baby shower!Amanda of DLD helped execute this fun fete with the help of  the host Tiffany Butterfield. With the chosen theme of vintage Winnie the Pooh, Amanda & Tiffany brought the Thousand Acre Woods to Utah. Check out the amazing details!To bring the rustic feel of the Thousand Acre Woods to Utah, we used a variety of natural mosses, tree trunks and birch poles to complete the vibe. But didnt want to forget that this was still a baby shower and needed an element of sweetness, so we chose a palate of coral, yellow and grass green. Wire nets were used as decor and housed simple blooms and friendly little buzzing bees.A moss and burlap runner accented the kitchen island which held bountiful blooms of bright sunflowers, birch poles and teddy bear mums. Wooden chargers and tree stumps were used to hold and elevate the bounty of yummy-in-my-tumbly eats.We placed bunches of fresh sunflowers in some adorable rain boot, similar to ones worn by Christopher Robbin.
