Front Door Decor: Black & White Christmas

I am so excited to share my Front Door Decor today with you all! I love decorating for the holidays! There is something so magical about it all. Below are some pointers on how to effectively repurpose your decor and add inexpensive elements that will have all your neighbors wonder how does she do it?Big Big thanks to Tiffany Anderson Photography for capturing my decor perfectly!Christmas Front Door Decor11--DesignLovesDetailI have a slight obsession with woodland themed anything. I adore the natural textures and colors it provides to decor. As you will see, there are hints of woodland elements all throughout my Christmas decor. What can I say; it's versatile! This year for my porch,  I chose to go with a color scheme of black, white, moss and touches of Christmas red. I struggle with traditional color schemes so an offbeat color palette was only fitting.Christmas Front Door Decor03--DesignLovesDetailChristmas Front Door Decor09--DesignLovesDetailI picked up these adorable stripped socks at Dollar Tree and used them as part of my decor. Accented with a few sprigs of berries and you have decor that is unique, festive and inexpensive.Christmas Front Door Decor10--DesignLovesDetailChristmas Front Door Decor08--DesignLovesDetailCuts from the bottom of my fresh Christmas tree were used to spruce up my planter boxes and accent my front door.Christmas Front Door Decor02--DesignLovesDetailChristmas Front Door Decor07--DesignLovesDetailChristmas Front Door Decor04--DesignLovesDetailI am a firm believer of using items you have around your house to complete your design. As you will see, I've repourposed an old door as part of my vignette, along with an old ladder I had lying around. You'll also notice that I've used some of the same elements from the Fall Front Door Designs. The birch poles, mini pine trees and acorns were all reporposed in my Christmas look, saving me lots of $$$. Patterns played a key role in providing much needed color and interest. Don't you love the black and white gingham!?Christmas Front Door Decor05--DesignLovesDetailChristmas Front Door Decor06--DesignLovesDetailChristmas Front Door Decor--DesignLovesDetailPhotography: Tiffany Anderson Photography AmandaSignature
