Easter Brunch Inspiration: The Decor

Happy Thursday everyone! Is everyone looking forward to a great Easter weekend? I know I am! But before then, we are going to share with you our Easter Brunch photos for you to take loads of inspiration from.  Here are a few tips and tricks on how we accomplished a polished tablescape. A HUGE shout out goes to Tiffany Anderson for these out-of-this-world photos. This girl does not disappoint. Be sure to check her out!One of the best ways to start off a design scheme is to select a solid color palette. For this brunch, I wanted to go with traditional and soft colors but wanted hues that had more saturation as opposed to pastel hues. I decided on a palette of coral, robins egg and peach for the morning fete. Once I had my scheme picked out, everything fell into place from there. I could now source my plates and decor items. I chose a heavy patterned plate which was a perfect match to my color scheme and spring-like feeling. To add more depth and color, I paired the plate with a bright coral charger. I simply adore the combination!

The floral decor was done by yours truly! I wanted to keep the centerpieces simple, earthy and whimsical. I accomplished this by using some faux birds nest I picked up at Target in the dollar section for $3.00. I added some oasis foam to the centers of the nests and then covered them with moss and bird eggs. This made it possible to keep the ranunculus flowers upright and in a water source. Our food doubled as the decor which was placed at the center of attention. We added a pop of blue with a darling 3 tier stand that we picked up at Home Goods. This tied in with our plates and worked perfectly to stage all the yumminess!
