Wedding Feature: Mikki Platt Photography

Happy Hump Day readers!Wedding season is in full effect here at DLD and we are working out little tails off! As you may know, Mollie and Amanda are wedding industry pros. With a combined experience of over 10 years, they've perfected their techniques and continue to grace Utah's wedding market with their beautiful work. Today we share with you a wedding feature that Amanda had a hand in creating. Her beautiful florals added the perfect touch to this backyard wedding shot by one of our favorites, Mikki Platt Photography. Enjoy! Some words from Amanda about the venue and design choices:

Mandy was a darling bride who's attention to detail was unsurpassed. She left no detail unnoticed. Mandy chose a palate of peach, apricot and robins egg blue to set the scene for her upscale backyard wedding. Her reception took place at an immaculate Millcreek home, owned by her grandfather.
Her flowers were included 3 varieties of garden roses, poppies, cafe dahlias, dusty miller, stock, ranunculus, parrot tulips, spray roses, lilies and football mums.

The centerpieces were kept full and loose, to emulate the natural garden feel and let each bloom shine. Photography: Mikki Platt PhotographyFloral: Branches Event FloralVenue: Private residence in MillcreekDress: PenelopesCake: Granite Bakery
