Pillows by Numbers: How to Group + Arrange Your Pillows!

Throw pillows just might be the most purchased home decor item out there! And for good reason-- you can buy beautiful pillows that will update the look of a space without breaking the bank! From all the DM's I receive it seems a lot of you would love tips on exactly how to select pillows that work well together & then how to arrange them on your sofa or sectional, so I'm here to help!

This will be a multi part series and today I want to show you a few ways to style the pillows on your sofa. If you want a more full look you can go with the top set up-- 5 pillows, a little more simple go with 4 and if you're more of a minimalist, 3 should suit your style! I actually like all of these options and have used various versions of each around my home. So there's definitely more than one right answer when it comes to arranging pillows!

To make it easier for you in selecting the pillows to use I put together some affordable groupings below! I often incorporate one "splurge" pillow that makes the others look more expensive. I will say that most of the pillows I buy & use in my own home & clients homes are around the $25 mark or less-- not too bad! You can take any of these pillow groupings below & they'll work with the "pillow recipes" above! See, isn't this fun?!
