Flip House: Primary Bath Reveal!

SOO excited to be sharing a new space reveal from our flip house!! This bathroom was one where I took a risk and decided to keep the existing vanity because I figured with adding some modern hardware & updating the other elements in the space, I could make it feel brand new! I think it worked!! What do you think?!

I am loving the cute matte black cone sconces that have a modern, high end look, but an amazing price tag!! I also think the tall, modern mirrors help the space feel more expensive & custom. They come in multiple sizes! And of course that fake stone vinyl on the floor HAD TO GO!!! We replaced it with some simple neutral tile from my friends over at Emser Tile! I have loved partnering with them on this project. Their Potenza collection reminds me of concrete with the matte finish & subtle color variations. I did the 18x18 grey on the floor & then the 12x24 for the shower walls! And how about that pretty venetian pebble shower floor? We only needed a little, so it was the perfect place to make a designer statement and bring in the spa-like feel I was going for!

I wanted to create a minimalist feel, with an airy look to open the space up and then I brought in a little warmth with the woven shades, natural wood cabinetry (we left it just like it was!) and the European-style landscape artwork on the wall above the tub! I also love the pop of faux greenery on the countertop and the wood tray across the tub + the little wood stool for added warmth, detail & bathing supplies!
