Guess what? The cost of the materials to update this entire bathroom were under $2,000! Yep-- that's the vanity/sink, faucet, mirror, gorg new tile, modern toilet, tub/shower fixture, towel bar/towel ring/toilet paper holder, and light fixture! Just look at the before pic below... isn't that a crazy change??!

I knew we needed to keep the budget for this space tight, but I also wanted it to feel fresh, clean & brand new! I was able to find a really affordable vanity that still had that modern feel. Then I just updated the knobs to these affordable ones in the matte black to keep the hardware more consistent throughout the home!

The flooring from Emser Tile stole the show! It's my "wow moment" for the space. And since it's a small bathroom there wasn't a large amount of tile required so it worked well for a splurge type of item! I was lucky enough to be able to partner with Emser for this project & for the tile throughout the home. They have a wide selection of tile in many different materials and price points! This marble mosaic is literally breathtaking & also comes in a grey/white combo as well. I got the "cream" color, which I've linked below!

I wanted a fun, yet affordable mirror for the space and I love the way this minimal black round mirror helps break up all the more straight lines in the space. It's an amazing deal too! I added a pop of brushed gold with the faucet & tub/shower trim. Mixing matte black + brushed gold is one of my favorite combos right now! I've got a YouTube video on mixing metals linked here.

We ended up keeping the tub surround since it was in pretty great shape-- just need a good cleaning! I like how neutral it is and it really saved us a lot on cost. The wall color is Benjamin Moore China White which blends nicely with the tub surround so the space feels more open & simple!
