Flip House: Family Room Reveal!
Remember this old space? It had that bizarre offset fireplace a fabric window valance across the whole window wall + let's not forget the friendly bee fan pull! haha! We were able to level up the space with a stunning new stone fireplace-- thanks to Emser tile structure ledger stone! (I partnered with them for the tile throughout this home!). It's a limestone panel that fits together to create a stunning stacked stone facade that feels both high end & timeless! It totally changed the space!!

We also swapped out the ceiling fan + random chandelier for 2 matching lantern pendants in the sleek matte black finish! I brought in some texture with the wood coffee table, cream rug and striped cabinets! I was able to divide the space a bit to create a mudroom area too that's placed perfectly between the back patio doors and the laundry room with door out to the garage!
