DLD Holiday Home Tours: A Twist on Traditional

We've got more eye-candy for you today! This holiday home is simply breathtaking. Shannon Skalla is the superwoman mom to 4 fabulous girls, including Rachel Parcell of Pink Peonies & Emily Jackson of Ivory Lane. I first met Shannon when her oldest daughter, Emily, was tying the knot and had enlisted my help designing the wedding invitations. Then I had the pleasure of working with her again when Rachel got married. Shannon has great taste & fabulous style, which made her a natural choice for one of our featured homes this holiday season. With the help of Kellie Jackstien of Artisan Bloom, no details were spared. I love the pops of chartreuse mixed in with the more traditional holidays hues, a perfect example of putting a little twist on the Christmas classics. And can we talk about the adorable Hot Cocoa Bar? It's Candy Cane Couture in stripes of red & white with accents of silver, making the formal dining room the perfect place for any holiday soiree.
