Vendor Spotlight: Tiffany Anderson Photography

We want to feature them to let you know of some of the great talent & products available in the Utah market. So today, meet Tiffany of Tiffany Anderson Photography. She is a talented local photographer, who we just adore. You'll notice a lot of our food posts are shot by Tiffany. Her talent is phenomenal & impresses us over an over again. We will let her amazing work do most of the talking, but here are a few questions we had Tiffany answer to give you some insight into her work & style, plus some very helpful photography advice!Q: What is your favorite type of photography and why?My favorite types of photography are weddings and food/product photography. I love being able to capture the love a couple has for each other and document their special day. My absolute passion is food photography. It’s my dream to be able to travel around the world just documenting people and their food culture.Q: How did you get started?

I got started in photography like a lot of women do. I wanted to capture the life of my baby. I realized I had a love for photography and took the steps I needed to in order to progress. I interned and assisted some great photographers and they helped me grow tremendously.

Q: What is your best tip for the average person wanting to capture a good photo?

For the average person wanting to capture a good photo…I recommend paying attention to light. Learning how to use your camera properly is an essential part of achieving great photographs. Even with a point and shoot or camera phone, you can take beautiful photos. Understanding light is always going to be key. Watch how light affects everything in your life. Look at the difference a soft evening light is compared to mid day sun.
