Rest & Refresh for the New Year: Creating a Zen Space!

I love making a spa-like retreat in the bathroom space! It can literally be like a mini vacation in your own home!! And Walmart has everything you need to create a zen space. I partnered with them to share my faves!

The faux tree from Walmart.com is a great price and added the perfect touch of nature to the corner near the bathtub. I love adding a little live or faux greenery for a natural, organic vibe that feels inviting + restorative.

And don't miss the plush Gap Home towel set! It's also well-priced and great quality. I love the texture of these towels and they come in multiple color options. When I'm going for a zen feeling, I typically like to blend wood tones & fresh whites or airy neutrals to keep it subtle/relaxing.

To make a more sensory experience I like to add a nice candle or bath salts. I like scents that are more subtle and nature-inspired so that it fits with the overall feel of the space. The Walmart bathroom accessory set, bath tray & large basket bring in those natural wood tones I mentioned to complete the design!
