#OneRoomChallenge: Office Reveal!
It's one of my favorite days of the year-- One Room Challenge Reveal Day! This project has been so fun and so crazy. We've had ups and downs and way too little time to get this done, but somehow it got done and I'm so glad! The end result is a much more refined and upscale feeling office space.I have to share with you some of the furniture pieces we used cause I'm totally in love with them! First up this dresser from Ave Home-- it's amazing!! It's from their "Raw" collection and the wood is so beautiful. You can finish it with any wax, stain, paintyou'd like. I loved the look of the natural wood so just opted to leave it as it came and age naturally with just a light coat of wood wax. If you haven't heard of Ave Home (pronounced Ah-vey), you should definitely check them out. Their pieces are some of my favorites because of the quality and style. Their furniture draws from classic time periods in history which gives each piece a timeless feel.I'm also loving the Brass Etagere from Birch Lane. It's such a stunning place to display your favorite decor. I like that it's got a designer look and is still affordable and there are side shelves available too if you have a large wall to fill. Since we get so many questions about how to style bookshelves, we created a bookshelf styling guide video to give you some of our favorite tips for getting those shelves looking pretty:Next up... how about those natural wood & leather chairs paired with the glass desks? Yeah, I'm pretty much in love with that little set up. And we used all kinds of fun decor pieces to finish off the space like the fun texture of the cream braided rug layered with boho feel of the hand blocked rug, both from RugsUSA. Oh and don't forget the fabulous indigo mud cloth pillow we found from Heddle & Lamm-- plus just for Design Loves Detail readers they're offering 20% off your order right now with coupon code "DLD20"!Anyway, I guess I should just let the photos do the talking. Thanks to Travis J Photography for capturing such beautiful images! Also, please feel free to share your One Room Challenge project in the comments section. I'd love to see how your project turned out too![show_shopthepost_widget id="2670244"] Furniture Pieces:Blush Couch | Pouf | Dresser | Etagere Shelf | Tables | Chairs | Braided Ivory Rug | Top Rug | Chandelier | Painting | Lamp |Accent Pieces:Old Home Love Book | Love Style Life Book | Potted Succulents | Bone Inlay Box | Distressed Gold Glass Vase | Grapewood Branch | Marbled Pot | Geode | Basket | Blanket | Agate Stone Art | African Bead Bone Necklace | Circle Accent Sculpture | Magnifying Glass | Decorative Light Blue Lacquer Box | Blue Bone Inlay Box | Geometric Wood Vase | Indigo Mud Cloth Pillow |Video: Yevi Greene
