#MountainHillProject Reveal: Part 1

This new construction project is one of my favorites! I worked with homeowners, Ryan & Amy alongside the ultimate contractor (the one who builds my own homes), Spencer Openshaw to create this stunner of a home tucked right up against Mount Timpanogos. The views are incredible! Ryan & Amy wanted to blend their styles to create a Modern Farmhouse style home with some industrial touches, like concrete fireplace surround and countertop in the 1/2 bath-- which I'll share soon. Amy also likes a little more formal/classic feel, so you'll notice a few elements we incorporated for her like the lighting choices, railing detail and moldings. I think this home brings together the best of both worlds for a space that's light, bright, fresh & cozy as well as edgy and modern too.Today I'm sharing the family room, dining room & kitchen of this beautiful home! This area is all very open and the spaces flow into each other seamlessly-- a very practical set up for the modern family.
