Holiday Recipe: The best EVER Pumpkin Bars!
You will thank me for this! haha. Seriously, the BEST pumpkin bars and they're also easy to make! I love baking these in the Fall. They're perfect for Thanksgiving too!PUMPKIN BARS
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Canned Pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
Set the oven temp at 350 degrees. Mix the sugar, pumpkin pie spice & cinnamon together in a bowl. Once those ingredients are well mixed, add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything well-- a couple minutes in a KitchenAid or Bosch will do the trick. Pour mixture into a non-greased jelly roll pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes (you can check it with a toothpick and it is done when the toothpick comes out clean). Let the pumpkin bars cool, then frost.FROSTING

- 1 Stick of Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
