Holiday Recipe: The best EVER Pumpkin Bars!

Best pumpkin bars ever! And they are easy to make. Awesome recipe for Thanksgiving and Fall.You will thank me for this! haha. Seriously, the BEST pumpkin bars and they're also easy to make! I love baking these in the Fall. They're perfect for Thanksgiving too!PUMPKIN BARS

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon

Set the oven temp at 350 degrees. Mix the sugar, pumpkin pie spice & cinnamon together in a bowl. Once those ingredients are well mixed, add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything well-- a couple minutes in a KitchenAid or Bosch will do the trick. Pour mixture into a non-greased jelly roll pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes (you can check it with a toothpick and it is done when the toothpick comes out clean). Let the pumpkin bars cool, then frost.FROSTING

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon milk

Beat all ingredients well (add more milk and/or powdered sugar if needed, should be a creamy, smooth consistency).MollieSignature
