#DLDMillcreekModern: Project Reveal
Remember how we had 3 client installs in a 10-day span? Well, it was crazy in the best type of way and I'm super excited to share one of these projects with you today! These clients were a dream and we loved refreshing their family room with a brand new design! I also got to do some shelf styling in their formal living space & kitchen as well. You know how I love me some shelf styling!!
For this project we wanted to bring in pieces that were beautiful and family-friendly so I partnered with Article! I just love their functional & well designed products! It's the perfect buttery tan tone that feels rich & authentic. I just adore the character of the genuine leather used on this piece! Then to top it all off it's reasonably priced too!
I'm so obsessed with these Scandinavian style chairs that are from Article as well. The solid oak frame is so sleek & check out the detail on the back!! They're perfect for spaces like this where they are in the center of the room and can be seen from all angles! I love furniture that looks like artwork! Which brings me to the coffee table-- another unique sculptural piece that grounds the space with a pop of black. I love adding a couple black elements to a space to modernize it and to give some balance & visual weight. You can see how it's tied in with the chairs in the dining space and the countertops in the kitchen.
I love the new modern dining light fixture we added too! It's interesting yet keeps the space fresh/open since it's a clean design without too much visual weight. The brass tones tie in with the kitchen and family room details as well like the floor lamp and brass trim on the credenza piece.
