DLD Inspiration Shoot: Southern Soiree Food

Happy Friday! Heirloom Catering is part of the Heirloom Restaurant Group & is one of the most impressive caterers we've had the opportunity to work with. Their unique ingredients & their ability take on any concept you give them will also impress you. We wanted a true Southern-inspired menu & they astounded us. Lucky for us, we also got to sample these edible works of art and the taste blew us away. The presentation & taste were equally flawless. My favorite part was that while they used a unique combination of ingredients, the food was still simple and full of flavor without being overwhelming or too strange. I also love that they use local & sustainable ingredients. They're a high end company that is sure to impress.
