Designer Insights:

I wanted to create a table design that could easily be done by anyone of any skill level.  This adorable table could be for a Valentine making party, brunch, lunch, or an intimate dinner of sweethearts.  I love the use of the traditional color pallet of pink, red, and white. For the flowers on the table I wanted to use an inexpensive bloom that is easily available.  I love using carnation in mass they have such a beautiful ruffled effect to them.  When you use them in a monochromatic grouping like shown they have a huge impact!  I chose to do an ombre color scheme and start with white and move along the color wheel to light pink, hot pink and red.  I added a fun twist with glitter hearts and glitter votive candles.  The runner was designed by using different colored ribbons with a variety of textures and widths.  I love the ruffled ribbon along with the glittered ones! I finish off with table with standard white plates and basic silver stemware.  What you are left with is a sweet table for all to enjoy!

Step 1: Obtain a variety of widths and textured ribbonsStep 2: Start by measuring the ribbon along the table and cut at desired lengthStep 3:  Line the ribbon however you like to create desired pattern. I did mine in an over-under pattern.Step 4: Add glitter hearts where desired. Place centerpieces and other various decor
