Diaper Bag Detail.....What's in their bag?
It's no secret that many of Utah's local wedding-industry pros have had or will be having, a bundle of joy. We've pried into some of their busy lives to check out a few of their "must-have" diaper bag items.Let's start with our dear friend Jessie with Jessie Alexis Photography. She welcomed her second child, little baby boy Clayton, back in June. We caught up with her to check out just which items she couldn't live without.
Diaper Bag Contents and Notes from the Momma:
- Diaper Bag: Petunia Pickle Bottom Tea on Thames boxy backpack. Igot mine at Nordstrom. The built in changing station has saved me on multiple occasions, I can't imagine living without it!
- Diapers and wipes: Pampers Swaddlers and Sensitive wipes
- Nursing Cover: the Maria cover from Udder Covers. I love the rigid neckline, that way I can peek in at my babe and I don't feel like he's being smothered by fabric.
- Burp Cloths: Minky burp cloths from Baby Laundry and More (I have the blue and mocha jumbo dot/baby blue swirl set) purchased from Amara in Orem.
- Boogie Wipes: I usually get mine from Walmart) I don't like messy faces on my kids, but I hate torturing them and makingtheir faces red from wiping, but Boogie Wipes do a good job keeping their faces clean without a fight.
- MAM Pacifiers in blue from Target
- Socks: I hate for my little guy to be cold, so I always carry socks with me. My favorite are Baby Gap socks
- Extra onesie: My little guy is a spitter, so I always carry an extra outfit or onesie with me. I love basics from Baby Gap.
- Sandra Boyton board books: I never know when we're going to have some downtime, so I love to have these books on hand to just pull out and read. These are my toddlers favorite, and she and I have most of the memorized.
- Annie's Bunny Grahams: My toddler and I love to snack so I always have these on hand. I get ours from Costco in a variety pack.
- Bath and Body Works antibacterial Pocketbac in Vanilla Berry Sorbet
- Smashbox Fuchsia Flash lipstick from Amara - because sometimes I just want to look good :)
