Fall Tour Part 3: Primary Bedroom Autumn Refresh!
When it came to adding Fall touches to my master bedroom I wanted to bring in some rich color/texture, fresh bedding & subtle Autumn accents! I fell in love with the new Villa by Noble Excellence bedding collection at Dillard's and partnered with them to bring this vision to life! I love it sooo much!!
Dillard's carries the most beautiful bedding options that are incredible quality and so versatile! The gorgeous dusty blue velvet bolster pillow was my jumping off point for this design. I love my layers of neutrals in this space and wanted to add contrast with a rich texture reminiscent of the changing seasons. Velvet always feels both upscale & cozy to me, which made it the perfect fit for this bedding update! Bolster pillows are also such a fun way to give a tailored look to your bed-- I love that the unique shape is the perfect compliment against the square pillows!
For this bedding set up I used 3 white euro shams that tie in with the gorgeous Villa by Noble Excellence Basketweave Duvet in color "sugar". It's a warm white that is both inviting and fresh feeling! I'll be sharing a closer look at the beautiful fabrics in this collection in my instagram stories video! It's the perfect fabric weight to stay in place and feel substantial without being too hot. Both my husband & I have been so pleased with this duvet cover-- and if you know him, that's a tall order! He's so picky and often complains that bedding can be too hot! haha. This has been the perfect solution to his woes and you can really feel the Dillard's quality!
The accent pillows I used between the euros & bolster are gorgeous striped linen ones also from the Villa by Noble Excellence collection! They come with nice down inserts & the linen fabric is another texture that gives that high end look to the space, perfect for any season! I love that the Villa line is made up of a variety of mix & match pillows in different sizes, patterns and textures that all tie back into the neutral palette of the duvet covers they offer. It makes designing the perfect bedding set up so fun and easy!
I completed my bedding re-style with an incredible Heirloom Linen Textured Quilt at the end of the bed (in color "hummus") that coordinates so well with the Kalahari Striped Linen Pillows! These cozy textures paired with the wooden bowl of baby pumpkins and pedestal vase of faux Magnolia leaves give the subtle nod to Autumn I'd aimed for! All while preserving the zen-feel I believe a master bedroom should have!
